Project Manager - NPD (New product development)

Aerospace exp preferred(Aerospace machining or precision industry preferred. Aerospace will be highly preferred)

Job Description

Work experience : 10+ experience.

Salary : 1.30lakh / Month(Best industry for the right candidate)

Lead end-to-end execution of new product development projects from PO receipt to production handover.

Coordinate cross-functional teams (Design, QA, SCM, PPC, Production) to ensure timely project milestones.

Conduct PO contract review with Internal CFT and Customer.

Develop project tracker, risk registers, and mitigation plans.

Drive customer communication for technical queries, status updates, and approvals.

Prepare and review Raw material, special process, Assembly requirements and follow down with the team.

Monitor development, trials, PPAP / FAI submissions, and customer validations.

Ensure compliance with aerospace standards (AS9100, AS13100, Nadcap, customer-specific requirements).

Conduct internal project review meetings and maintain progress dashboards; escalate risks proactively.

Support smooth transition from development to production with clear handover and lessons learned from the development.
