Location : Gurgaon

Gudz is a next-generation logistics and EV rental company , helping businesses transition to sustainable electric vehicles. Our EV rental service allows logistics companies, e-commerce firms, and last-mile delivery providers to access cost-effective, IoT-enabled electric fleets.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Field Marketing Intern to drive offline marketing efforts, increase brand awareness, and generate leads for our EV rental business . This role involves on-ground promotions, partnerships, and direct sales engagement to acquire customers and expand Gudz’s market reach.

Key Responsibilities

1️⃣ Offline Marketing & Lead Generation

Conduct on-ground promotions at warehouses, business hubs, and transport zones.
Identify potential customers (fleet operators, logistics managers, e-commerce delivery partners) and pitch EV rentals .
Distribute marketing materials such as flyers and brochures in high-traffic logistics zones.
Organize test drive events and demo sessions to showcase EV benefits.

2️⃣ Campaign Execution & Partnerships

Plan and execute localized marketing campaigns targeting businesses needing EV rentals.

Set up kiosks and stalls at industry events, trade fairs, and fleet hubs .

Establish partnerships with warehouses, transport aggregators, and co-working spaces to generate leads.

3️⃣ Customer Engagement & Data Collection

Speak directly with delivery fleet managers and drivers to understand their needs.

Conduct surveys and gather feedback on pricing, vehicle availability, and service expectations.

Report customer insights to sales and product teams for strategy refinement.

4️⃣ Performance Tracking & Reporting

Monitor and track the effectiveness of offline campaigns.

Maintain a database of potential leads and client interactions .

Provide weekly reports on marketing activities, lead conversion, and feedback.

Who You Are

Passionate about marketing & sustainable mobility

Strong communication & persuasion skills

Confident in on-ground promotional activities and direct client interactions

Energetic, proactive, and self-driven

Pursuing or completed a degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields

Bonus : Prior experience in field sales, door-to-door marketing, or fleet / logistics marketing
