Location : Hyderabad

What we are looking for :

• Implement and configure ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM) solutions to meet business requirements.
• Design and manage SAM workflows, including software discovery, license compliance, and software lifecycle management.
• Integrate ServiceNow SAM with third-party tools (e.g., SCCM etc) for software inventory data collection.
• Build and manage application portfolio management, compliance dashboards, and reports.
• Perform discovery, normalization, reconciliation, and optimization of software licenses.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure proper alignment with SAM processes.
• ServiceNow SAM Expertise :
• Strong experience implementing and configuring the ServiceNow SAM module.
• Proficiency in SAM processes like discovery, reconciliation, normalization, and optimization.
• Knowledge of software license models and metrics for enterprise vendors.
• ServiceNow Platform Knowledge :
• Proficiency in the ServiceNow platform, including ITSM, CMDB, and ITOM modules.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API).
