About the Role :
As a Planning Lead , you will be the strategic backbone for key client brands — responsible for driving brand thinking, integrated campaign planning, and delivering business impact through insight-led strategy. This role demands strong collaboration, brand understanding, and the ability to translate data and research into creative strategic direction.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead brand planning and campaign strategy across clients, aligning marketing objectives with creative execution.
- Develop quarterly and annual brand plans, integrating consumer insights, data trends, and brand objectives.
- Drive collaboration with cross-functional teams (creative, digital, media, content) to deliver cohesive campaign strategies.
- Own the creation and tracking of KPI sheets, sales trackers, and strategy mastersheets across all brands.
- Identify and convert opportunities for cross-selling agency services and expanding client relationships.
- Champion award-winning and insight-driven campaigns by leveraging research, behavioral data, and trend mapping.
- Implement streamlined processes, SOPs, and team planning tools to improve strategic output and delivery efficiency.
- Lead PR-worthy initiatives and case studies to elevate the agency’s profile in the industry.
- Constantly evaluate and audit service quality to improve client value, internal systems, and the agency’s strategic reputation.
Requirements :
3–4 years of experience in strategic planning at a mainline / integrated advertising agency.Proven experience in building brand strategies, campaign roadmaps, and communication frameworks.Strong analytical thinking backed by consumer behavior understanding and research interpretation.Exposure to ATL / BTL / Digital campaigns with a focus on business-driven creative planning.Ability to lead internal teams, manage multiple brands, and deliver with speed and clarity.Excellent presentation, storytelling, and stakeholder communication skills.
