Responsibilities :

• Invoice Filing
• Provide general administrative assistance to the A / R Team
• Email follow up to customers for invoice payments
• Prepare Shipment Release Approvals
• Research Company Financials
• Apply Payments in Internal Billing System
• Prepare Pro-Forma and specialized invoices
• Other duties as required
