Style 365 Studio is a growing premium salon brand in Uttarahalli, Bangalore . We’re looking for a hands-on Performance Marketer who can run Google Ads + Meta Ads and consistently generate 100+ quality salon leads per day (hair, skin, beauty, bridal, packages, etc.).

What you’ll do

• Plan, launch & manage lead generation campaigns for salon services on :
• Google Search, Display & YouTube
• Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
• Do keyword research, audience targeting & bidding to drive walk-ins & pre-booked appointments.
• Write strong ad copies and coordinate on creatives (or use basic tools like Canva).
• Set up & manage :
• Lead forms (website, instant forms, WhatsApp click-to-chat)
• Tracking – pixels, Google Tag Manager, conversions.
• Monitor and optimize campaigns daily for :
• Cost per lead (CPL)
• CTR & conversion rate
• Run A / B tests on creatives, offers, audiences & landing pages.
• Share simple daily / weekly reports on spend, leads, CPL & ROI.
• Work closely with the front office / CRM team to improve lead quality and show-to-appointment conversion.
