Role : SCCM Image / Patching Experience : 5-12 yrs Work Location : TCS-Bangalore

Desired Competencies (Technical / Behavioral Competency) Must-Have :

Specific duties include but are not limited to the following :

Experience in managing enterprise desktops on a large scale (25000+ clients). Experience in 2012 SCCM Application model and MS patching Troubleshooting client logs for application deployments. Application 2012 model features and configuration Reporting using SCCM Creating queries in SCCM. Provide mentoring and coaching to team members Responsible for writing and maintaining procedural and design documentation Analyze optimize and integrate applications and services Tier III support. Depth knowledge of desktop application troubleshooting Ensure that all systems are up-to-date and secure by deploying critical updates and security patches in a timely manner. Leads research and develop new technology tools and scripts to support desktop computing and the end user desktop experience. Extensive hands-on experience automating processes through scripting using VBScript PowerShell and batch scripting. Plan, design, implement, and configure Active Directory and Group Policy in our domain environment. Create and maintain Intune Policies and deployment scripts. Understanding of Active Directory including replication GPO and DNS Create and maintain Windows OS baseline images and test for compatibility on new hardware models. Extensive knowledge of Windows operating system patching enterprise class desktop hardware and software such as Windows 10 OS and antivirus Remote management and troubleshooting Asset management and inventory (CMDB)

Good-to-Have :

Any professional certification in the Intune, O365 Technologies & SCCM Strong understanding of TCP IP networking for LAN / WAN technologies Strong understanding of Enterprise anti-virus solutions endpoint data protection and encryption Advanced knowledge of registry permissions and Drivers. Provide training and knowledge transfer to Team members. Follow best practices in the use of the SCCM platform. Stay informed about Microsoft's SCCM updates and enhancements.
