Job descriptionAct as a liaison between the CXO and various functions to foster effective communication and collaboration. Facilitate the alignment of technology initiatives with business objectives across departments. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive engagement and accountability. Establish simple governance processes to track progress, risks, and outcomes of critical projects. Create concise and impactful presentations for leadership updates using PowerPoint. Prepare reports and dashboards in Excel to provide visibility into program performance and KPIs. Assist in identifying and addressing challenges with a practical, solution-driven approach. Provide hands-on support for planning, organizing, and executing technology programs. Support change management efforts to ensure smooth implementation and adoption of new systems and processes. Coordinate training and communication efforts to minimize disruption during transitions Strong background in Project Management Experience working with internal and external stakeholders Exposure to enterprise-wide transformation initiatives Budget ownership experience Excellent communication skills; ability to engage with analysts and advisors Technologically savvy with a forward-looking mindset Preferred location : AMR Office, Hybrid
MBA with Top Tier Institute with 6+ years of experience with Gen AI Projects Background
CTC : Upto 40 Lacs
Position Overview :
The PMO will work closely with the Global Head to support enterprise-wide initiatives, coordinate with various business leaders and functions, and ensure successful execution of technology transformation projects. This role requires strong program management skills, a solution-oriented mindset, and the ability to align diverse stakeholders to achieve organizational goals
Key Responsibilities
Program Management & Coordination :
- Support the CXO in planning, managing, and tracking key technology initiatives.
- Coordinate with leaders across IT, business units, and shared services to ensure alignment on goals and priorities.
- Monitor project progress, resolve roadblocks, and regularly update the CXO and stakeholders.
