What does the Job look like?
Immediate Areas for Assistance (Customer Success Focus)
1. Training & Onboarding
- Create, maintain and update training decks, video guides, or SOPs.
- Schedule and coordinate client training sessions.
- Assist during live onboarding calls (take notes, track queries send summaries and process documents)
2. Ticket Management & Client Support
Respond to routine client queries and support ticketsFollow up with internal teams for resolution and ensure closureDocument recurring issues for future FAQ / help center updates3. Documentation & Process Tracking
Maintain internal records of client status, usage, and renewalsHelp collect and document client requests and feedback methodically4. Follow-ups
Track and follow up on unresolved client items (e.g., missing data, pending clarifications)Assist in reminders for report deadlines or ticket responsesGrowth-Oriented Areas (Product & Sales Exposure) based on interest and capability :
5. Product Testing Support
Help with module-level testing before deployments.Maintain bug logs and track enhancement requests.Collect and organize user feedback for improvements.6. Sales Enablement
Assist in preparing demo decks, pricing sheets, and case studiesHelp manage the sales pipeline CRM or lead trackerSit in on demos and note client questions and objections for follow-upTechnical Skills for this Role
Direct working experience of handling customers.Clear written & verbal communication.Familiarity with tools like CRM Systems, helpdesk platforms, Microsoft Office & G-sheets.Strong problem-solving skills.Personal traits for this Role
