Contract Legal Expert

Experience Level : Should have experience more than 12 years.

Educational :

1. Bachelor's degree in engineering or law

2. Master's degree in management or law

Responsible to provide technical expertise to

• Provide legal oversight and expert advice on all contract-related matters for the city’s infrastructure development projects.
• Ensure all contracts comply with relevant legal frameworks, including government regulations, local laws, and international standards.
• Advise on Mitigating legal risks by ensuring proper clauses are included in contracts for dispute resolution, performance guarantees, and penalties, etc.
• Provide legal guidance on claims, disputes, or contract modifications during the project lifecycle.
