Technical Manager

As a technical manager it is crucial to oversee the technical operations of projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards. It is also vital to achieving company objectives by managing technical teams and aligning projects with business goals. You will be the go-to person for everything involving a project's organization and timeline.

Requirements

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and manage technical teams in project execution
• Oversee the planning, design, and implementation of technical projects
• Coordinate with stakeholders to define project requirements
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Identify and resolve technical challenges throughout project lifecycles
• Oversee system performance and address any problems
• Develop and enforce technical training programs for team members
• Continuously evaluate emerging technologies to optimize operations
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Mentor and develop team members using data and feedback from the team
• Develop the people which you're responsible for into productive contributing teams
