Roles and Responsibilities
- 1. JOB PURPOSE : To setup and manage the entire area sales process and infrastructure for the Unsecured Business Loan lending vertical of the companyTo build area sales strategy in line with industry best practices meeting the broad objective of the company policy
2. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES :
Responsible for periodic achievement of the customer acquisition revenue targets, Productivity & ProfitabilityConduct regular and detailed business reviews to ensure business strategies are executed as per plan ex- SEP / SENP, DSA etcTeam Sourcing to be strictly as per policy parameters & acceptable risk norm of the organizationEnsure activation of channels on monthly basis by regular engagement, training & relationship with DSAsCoordinate with credit team for solving the queries of Login, Sanctioning & DisbursementEnsure implementation of promotional plans, contests and suggest new and innovative promotion plansEnsure that goals, development plan discussions, ongoing coaching and feedback are done on time and in an effective manner
