Job Title : EdTech Sales Counselor / Executive
Location : Gurugram (On-site)
Working Days : 6 Days (Day Shift)
Salary : ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 / month (Fixed)

Key Responsibilities :
- Connect with potential students and parents to guide them on study-abroad options or EdTech programs.
- Conduct counseling sessions (virtual / in-person) to convert leads into admissions / enrollments.
- Explain program features, admission processes, fee structures, and visa guidelines (if applicable).
- Meet and exceed daily / weekly / monthly KPIs (calls, conversions, revenue).
- Handle objections professionally and close sales effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding.
Requirements :
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in EdTech or B2C sales.Strong communication and presentation skills.Target-oriented and self-driven.Knowledge of KPIs and sales metrics is a must.Prior experience in handling international education queries is a plus.
