Social Media Manager

Position : Social Media Manager (Execution + Coordination)

Location : Remote

Work Days : Monday to Saturday

Work Hours : 11 AM – 8 PM

Salary : 25,000 (in-hand)

What You Will Do

Plan, schedule & publish content for multiple client pages

Coordinate with editors, Brand managers & internal teams

Ensure timely posting, follow-ups & approvals

Maintain content calendars & workflows

Write clear briefs and ensure perfect execution

Do basic analytics & send performance reports

Communicate with clients professionally for day-to-day updates

This is a pure execution + organisation role

No unnecessary marketing jargon, no fluff.

We want someone who gets things done.

Requirements

Excellent communication skills (English + Hindi)

Prior SMM experience (client or personal projects)

Strong sense of visuals, aesthetics & content flow

Ability to manage multiple accounts confidently

Comfortable with a fast-paced startup environment

Willing to sign a 1-year commitment bond
