Job Title : SVP / VP - PMO & Strategic Lead.
Reports to : Head Capability Center Operations
Role : Remote
Role Overview - Senior executive responsible for driving enterprise strategy execution, leading the global PMO, and aligning major transformation initiatives across the organization. Acts as the strategic advisor to the CCO and leads a high-performing delivery team.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the enterprise portfolio, ensuring alignment with long-term strategy and priorities.
- Lead annual planning, OKRs, investment decisions, and resource allocation.
- Head the global PMO and establish strong delivery governance, reporting, and performance standards.
- Provide executive insights through dashboards, portfolio reviews, and leadership updates.
- Build and mentor a strong team of project / program leaders;
embed agile and digitalways of working.
