About the Role :

We're building the gold standard in fulfilment and delivery experience for a high-speed, high-volume quick commerce platform. As the Ops Excellence PM, you will be the systems orchestrator - ensuring that every cog in the operations engine runs smoothly and scales reliably from day one to 1L+ daily orders.

What Youll Own :

• Map and optimise the end-to-end fulfilment and delivery journey : inventory in product out.
• Design and drive product interventions across order routing, batching, SLAs, cancellations, returns, and driver allocation
• Make disparate systems (inventory, order management, delivery partner, store ops) talk to each other efficiently
• Build tracking dashboards, run ops experiments, and deliver actionable insights to hit gold-standard metrics
• Collaborate deeply with Tech, Category, Warehouse, and CX teams to ensure alignment and rapid iteration
