Job Description

Job Title : Planogram Specialist

Location : Bengaluru (Onsite)

Reporting to : Senior Program Manager

PURPOSE OF ROLE

This position plays a critical role in driving excellence, optimizing shelf execution, and improving the efficiency and quality of outputs through continuous process enhancements and strong project management. The role ensures planograms are visually engaging, strategically accurate, and compliant with business parameters, while driving process improvements and leveraging strong project management to deliver timely, impactful outputs.

KEY TASKS AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Develop and deliver versioned planograms based on store clustering, space definitions, and approved flow guidelines.
• Collaborate with Market leads to ensure planograms adhere to defined parameters and business objectives.
• Conduct rigorous quality control checks to confirm planograms meet assortment requirements, visual standards, shelving metrics, and innovation opportunities.
• Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance quality, efficiency, and timeliness of deliverables.
• Demonstrate advanced project management skills by leading multiple projects simultaneously and ensuring on-time delivery.
• Act as a key partner to market leads across zones, enabling alignment and consistency in planogram execution.
