Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Team Lead - Academic Counseling to manage, mentor and motivate our team of Academic Counselors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving team targets, strategic planning of enrollment initiatives and ensuring the counseling team provides exceptional student guidance, resulting in high conversion and student satisfaction. This role requires proven leadership skills, in-depth knowledge of the admissions process and the ability to thrive in a target-driven, high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities :

A. Team Leadership & Management (Handling Team)

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Academic Counselors to foster a high-performance, collaborative and student-focused environment.
• Conduct regular training sessions and one-on-one coaching to enhance the team's counseling skills, product knowledge and target achievement strategies.
• Perform quality checks (e.g., call audits, file reviews) to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs), data accuracy and professional communication.
• Manage team scheduling, attendance and performance appraisal process, addressing any issues proactively.
