Job Overview :

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Data Architect to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable, secure, and high-performance data architectures leveraging modern cloud platforms. You will play a key role in guiding data teams, setting architectural standards, and driving innovation in data solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with Agile and analytics teams to design and deliver scalable data products using modern data technologies.
• Define and implement cloud-based data architectures on AWS or Azure, ensuring compliance with global / local data protection, security, and risk management standards.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for end-to-end cloud data architecture across the organization.
• Apply Agile and DevOps principles to the development and deployment of data solutions.
• Drive innovation and strategic direction by bringing in best practices and forward-thinking design approaches.
• Mentor, coach, and upskill junior team members to foster a culture of continuous learning.
• Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing communities and special interest groups.
• Provide technical governance and support in areas of cloud deployment, architecture decisions, and operational :
• 6- 10 years of hands-on experience in data architecture, with a strong focus on cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).
• Proven experience designing end-to-end data solutions in cloud environments.
• Strong understanding of data privacy, compliance, and security principles.
• Experience working in Agile and DevOps environments.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills.
• Ability to operate strategically and tactically in complex technical Qualifications :
• Certifications in AWS, Azure, or relevant cloud platforms.
• Experience with tools such as Terraform, Kubernetes, Snowflake, Redshift, or Azure Synapse.
• Prior experience in the insurance or financial services domain is a plus.
