Job Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Developer with strong expertise in HRMS, Finance (Financials), and Procurement modules to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate will play a critical role in implementing, configuring, supporting, and optimizing Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications to meet our business requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle Fusion solutions across HR, Finance, and Procurement modules.
• Lead and support end-to-end implementation and post-production support of Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications.
• Configure Oracle Fusion modules including HCM (Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Talent Management), Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM), and Procurement (Self-Service, Sourcing, Supplier Portal).
• Coordinate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure proper documentation (BRD, FRD).
• Perform data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities.
• Develop and execute test scripts for functional testing, SIT, and UAT phases.
• Troubleshoot issues, provide resolutions, and enhance system functionality as per business needs.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors for integration and support.
• Train end-users and support teams for smooth adoption and issue handling.
• Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, enhancements, and project deliverables.

o HRMS - Core HR, Payroll, Talent, Absence

o Finance - GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management

o Procurement - Self-Service Procurement, Supplier Portal, Purchasing
