About the Role :
Time Technoplast Ltd is seeking an experienced and dynamic E-Commerce Manager to lead and expand our online presence. This role is crucial for driving our digital sales strategy, particularly for products like Duro Mat, and managing our engagement with various online portals, including B2B channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce management, marketing activities, and a knack for business analysis and reporting.
Job Responsibilities :
E-Commerce Platform Management :
- Take complete ownership of managing and overseeing all e-commerce operations, ensuring smooth functionality and optimal performance of Time Technoplast's online presence.
- Manage product listings, pricing, inventory synchronization, and content updates across all e-commerce channels.
- Monitor and analyze key e-commerce metrics (traffic, conversion rates, sales, AOV, etc.) to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Digital Marketing & Sales Driving (Duro Mat Focus) :
Strategize, plan, and execute comprehensive digital marketing activities specifically aimed at driving sales and brand visibility for "Duro Mat" and other designated lifestyle products.Develop and manage online campaigns, promotions, and merchandising efforts to maximize sales conversions.Work closely with internal marketing teams to ensure brand consistency and effective communication across all online platforms.E-Tendering & Online Portal Management :
Manage and oversee the e-tendering process for various online portals, ensuring timely submission of bids and adherence to tender requirements.Identify and onboard new relevant online portals and marketplaces to expand our reach for diverse product categories.Nurture relationships with key contacts at these online portals to optimize our presence and performance.Reporting & Business Analysis :
Prepare detailed Management Information Systems (MIS) reports and various other performance reports using Excel and PowerPoint presentations.Conduct thorough business analysis to identify market trends, competitor activities, customer behavior, and sales opportunities.Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management based on data analysis.B2B Sales & Quotation Management :
Handle and drive B2B (Business-to-Business) sales inquiries and opportunities generated through online channels.Prepare accurate and competitive quotations for B2B clients, ensuring all specifications and terms are clearly communicated.Negotiate terms and close deals with B2B customers, maintaining strong client relationships.Required Skills & Competencies :
Proven experience in managing end-to-end e-commerce operations.Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in creating detailed reports (MIS, sales, performance) using MS Excel and PowerPoint.Experience in business analysis and identifying market opportunities.Familiarity with B2B sales processes and quotation preparation.Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.Why Join Time Technoplast Ltd?
