Condé Nast is seeking a highly skilled Senior Director of Data Science to lead and drive data-driven decision making across our portfolio of brands. As a key member of the Technology organization, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the data science strategy and execution. This role will oversee a team of data scientists to develop ML and AI-driven products to optimize and improve user experiences, content personalization, revenue, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong technical background, a passion for media and publishing, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

As part of our dynamic team, you will collaborate with international colleagues and engage with stakeholders in our US, UK and India headquarters. We emphasize cross-functional collaboration; you will work closely with teams in Product, Analytics, Engineering, Design, and UX, as well as our business partners in Consumer Marketing, Advertising, Licensing, Editorial and Brands.
