Timing : 12 AM 9 AM IST (Night Shift)

Notice Period : Max 15 days

Job Summary

Were looking for a Application Support Engineer to support our team in Bangalore. Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide front-line technical support for Google Cloud tools, Salesforce CRM, and internal applications.
  • Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Order Management) to drive issue resolution.
  • Assist with user access provisioning and troubleshoot Salesforce CRM issues.
  • Work with US-based projects, ensuring seamless communication and Skills :
  • 3+ years of experience in technical support (Cloud / web technologies).
  • Must have : Strong Salesforce CRM knowledge.

Preferred :

  • SQL, CPQ / CLM knowledge.
  • Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding written & verbal communication (customer-facing role).
