Marketing Manager - Corporate (Multi-Property)
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to oversee the marketing efforts for our multi-property corporate brand. This role is pivotal in driving brand awareness engagement and revenue across all our hotels and restaurants through innovative digital strategies public relations and integrated marketing campaigns.
Tasks
- Develop and execute comprehensive social and digital media strategies to enhance brand awareness engagement and direct bookings.
- Manage and approve content calendars across platforms like Instagram Facebook LinkedIn and YouTube introducing interactive content formats.
- Oversee paid digital campaigns (Google Ads Meta Ads YouTube LinkedIn) and implement retargeting strategies for conversion optimization.
- Approve SEO strategies website UI / UX enhancements and booking funnel improvements focusing on location-based and experiential content.
- Lead influencer collaborations and UGC strategies ensuring alignment with brand positioning.
- Oversee the creation of high-quality digital content and manage a centralized marketing asset data bank.
- Monitor digital reputation manage sentiment analysis and implement crisis control measures.
- Approve monthly digital performance reports and ensure continuous optimization based on data insights.
- Develop and implement public relations strategies including media outreach press releases and managing media relationships.
- Oversee PR events media meet-ups and influencer FAM trips handling high-risk brand reputation issues personally.
- Finalize and create campaigns for influencer and celebrity partnerships ensuring brand alignment.
- Approve executive visibility strategies for thought leadership and corporate PR.
- Develop and oversee internal and external communication strategies ensuring brand vision alignment with teams and stakeholders.
- Approve strategic partnerships with OTAs tourism boards and other external alliances.
- Develop and execute 360-degree marketing campaigns hotel and restaurant promotions and branding initiatives across traditional media.
- Oversee the development of brand identity materials including immersion videos brand manuals and brochures.
- Act as the final decision-maker for budget allocations and ROI-driven marketing investments.
- Conceptualize and develop unique signature experiences for each property including branded in-room experiences.
- Approve and oversee annual event calendars for hotels and restaurants ensuring alignment with target audiences.
- Approve interactive guest events such as workshops retreats and themed brunches.
Skills
