Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President RTR and OTC - GPO

In this role, you will be responsible for RTR service line and will be requirement based & hence flexible. Focus on continuous process improvement and adaptive to change.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Rich working experience in RTR function preferably in the Process Excellence function in a Third party BPO or Shared Services set up.
• Manage the delivery of outsourced services F&A : R2 R and OTC to ensure customer satisfaction and increased revenue through client up-sell
• Leading and Driving Process improvement Initiatives in GL and Intercompany space leading to outcomes like Better health of Accounts, Robust Controls & Compliance and Derive Insights to help CFO make informed Business decisions. Help drive Finance Transformation through Process Standardization, Automation and Benchmarking
• Use lean six sigma framework to drive continuous performance improvement and drive transformation agenda
• Should be able to work with cross functional teams like Operations, GPO, Digital team, Transformation team, Transitions team etc.
• Pro-active, ability to trouble shoot, work through organizational change scenarios.
• Implement appropriate mechanisms to identify, understand and raise performance gaps and / or performance breakthroughs. Develop and implement improvement plans to close performance gaps.
• Collaborate in the new deal process including solutioning, pricing, due diligence, transition and stabilization
