Oracle Cloud Technical Support Consultant

Key Responsibilities :

• Technical Support & Troubleshooting : Provide expert-level technical support for Oracle Cloud Integration Cloud (OIC) and related services, including Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS), BI Publisher (BIP), Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI), Process Cloud Service (PCS), and Oracle Policy Automation (OPA).
• Incident Resolution : Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues related to integrations, custom applications, reports, and business processes within the Oracle Cloud ecosystem.
• Integration Support : Monitor, maintain, and support existing OIC integrations, ensuring data flow integrity and system stability.
• Report & Dashboard Support : Assist users with issues related to BIP and OTBI reports and dashboards, including data discrepancies and performance problems.
• Application & Process Support : Provide technical assistance for VBCS applications, PCS workflows, and OPA rules, addressing user queries and technical roadblocks.
• Performance Optimization : Identify and recommend solutions for performance bottlenecks in OIC integrations, VBCS applications, and reporting.
• Documentation : Create and maintain detailed documentation for troubleshooting steps, common issues, and solutions to build a robust knowledge base.
• Collaboration : Work closely with development, functional, and client teams to ensure effective issue resolution and seamless communication.
• Shift Flexibility : Be flexible and committed to working in US Shift timings (6 PM - 3 AM IST) to provide timely support to our international clients.
