Job Overview :

We are seeking a highly experienced and creative Senior UI / UX Developer with 7+ years of expertise to join our team in Gurugram on a Contract-to-Hire basis. You will be instrumental in designing and developing intuitive, engaging user interfaces for both web and mobile applications.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills in front-end development, be proficient in leading design tools, and have a proven ability to translate complex user needs and business goals into elegant, high-quality user :

Design, develop, and implement user interfaces for both web and mobile applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, leveraging modern frameworks like React or Angular.
Utilize industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
Take ownership of the UI / UX design process, from concept to final implementation, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience.
Collaborate closely with product managers, backend developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into effective design solutions.
Demonstrate the capability of context switching efficiently and managing design and development tasks across multiple product lines simultaneously.
Articulate design decisions clearly and effectively to a diverse range of stakeholders, gathering feedback and iterating on designs.
Find creative solutions to complex UI / UX problems, always balancing user needs with core business goals and technical constraints.
Ensure meticulous attention to detail in all design and development work, consistently delivering high-quality, polished, and user-centered solutions.
Actively participate in code reviews to ensure UI / UX implementation quality and adherence to best practices.

Required Skills :

7+ years of experience specifically within UI / UX Design and Development, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of user-centered solutions for both web and mobile applications.

Strong hands-on proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Expertise in modern front-end frameworks such as React or Angular.

Proficient in industry-standard design tools including Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator, or other relevant design software.

Proven exposure to designing interfaces for both B2B and B2C products is a significant plus.

Capable of efficient context switching and managing multiple design and development tasks across various product lines.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

Creative problem-solver with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Proven ability to find innovative solutions to complex problems, balancing user needs with business goals.

Meticulous with a strong attention to detail, consistently delivering high-quality, polished work.

Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a similar technical field.
