Job Title : Associate Manager – Corporate Affairs

Department : Corporate Affairs

Location : Gurgaon

Experience : Minimum 5 years in a secretarial or executive support role

Education : MBA (preferred in General Management, HR, or related fields)

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and highly organized professional with at least 5 years of experience in a secretarial or executive support capacity. The ideal candidate will support senior leadership by managing calendars, coordinating travel, handling confidential correspondence, and ensuring seamless stakeholder engagement, especially with government and corporate institutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Executive Support :
  • Manage and prioritize calendars, appointments, and meetings.
  • Coordinate travel itineraries, logistics, and accommodation for leadership.
  • Handle confidential correspondence, internal notes, and official documentation with discretion.
  • Prepare minutes of meetings and follow through on action items.
  • Stakeholder Management :
  • Liaise with corporate affairs teams, government bodies, and external stakeholders.
  • Schedule and manage interactions, ensuring timely communication and follow-ups.
  • Coordination & Follow-Ups :
  • Track critical timelines and ensure all deadlines are met.
  • Proactively follow up with internal departments and external contacts.
  • Documentation & Reporting :
  • Maintain organized files (physical and digital) for key communications and decisions.
  • Assist in compiling reports, presentations, and MIS as needed.
  • Confidentiality & Discretion :
  • Uphold high standards of confidentiality and professionalism in all engagements.
  • Manage sensitive information with absolute discretion.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Sound understanding of corporate affairs and government protocols
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent organizational, documentation, and time management abilities
  • Ability to multitask, stay agile, and adapt in fast-paced environments
  • High degree of integrity and confidentiality
  • Experience in calendar & travel management for CXOs or senior leaders
