Regional Key Account Manager - Modern Trade (Only for Differently-abled candidates) - Key Account Regional Key Account Manager is responsible for driving sales performance in the Modern Trade channel across an assigned region. This role supports the Head of Modern Trade in achieving regional sales targets, ensuring effective execution of strategies, and identifying growth opportunities in line with company policies.

The role involves leading and mentoring the sales team, setting clear performance targets, and fostering a collaborative environment with internal and external stakeholders. Success requires strategic thinking, strong analytical abilities, ownership of decisions, effective communication, and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute annual business plans for modern trade / key accounts
  • Build strategic alliances, plan consumer promotions, and strengthen the companys visibility in the channel
  • Achieve volume and value targets within defined budgets and policies
  • Plan and negotiate initiatives with key retail chains
  • Collaborate on outlet-level activity calendars and branding efforts
  • Ensure shelf space and merchandising visibility in key accounts
  • Appoint and manage distributors to drive profitable growth
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through market tracking and planning

This role requires strong execution skills, team management capability, and a proactive approach to business development in modern trade.
