• Order Intake reporting- Monthly
• Correct reflection of new orders in COPA
• Copa Corrections, if required
• Co-ordination with various BS -TLs related to order booking
• Siemens Energy Carve Out Transactions
• ICB order cancellation and ICC order booking
• Ensure new orders and OOH is correctly reflecting in COPA
• Submission of Tax invoices, CN, DN to SEIL team
• GR IR follow up with AR ICC team
• Payment follow up with SEIL and AR ICC payment team
• AR adjustment for payment received
• SEIL payout alignment with CFR / AR ICC team
• Monthly POC working – IFRS
• OOH review- quarterly-
• Review / follow up with OE team for respective BSS
• Data reporting to FIN team
• For order cancellations, ensuring approvals as per DOA and COPA corrections for the required cases
• Project status review – POC projects format updation and signing off with MGM
• POC exceptions format updation and signing off with MGM
• Project review- Cost transfer adjustment JVs, CN & DN issuance
• Data reporting to EA FIN team – need basis
