Java Technical Lead - Spring Boot / Microservices Architecture

Responsibilities :

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex backend systems and applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of Java developers, ensuring adherence to best practices, coding standards, and architectural principles.
• Maintain a strong hands-on coding presence, actively contributing to the development of critical features and components.
• Design and implement highly scalable, secure, and performant REST APIs.
• Utilize Hibernate effectively for robust Object-Relational Mapping (ORM) and efficient database interactions.
• Possess strong programming experience in relational database platforms such as MS SQL, MySQL, and Oracle, including schema design, querying, and optimization.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, architects, and other development teams to understand requirements, define technical specifications, and deliver integrated solutions.
• Conduct thorough code reviews, ensuring code quality, consistency, and adherence to architectural guidelines.
• Identify and resolve complex technical issues, performance bottlenecks, and system defects.
• Drive continuous improvement in development processes, tools, and technologies.
• Mentor and coach junior and mid-level developers, fostering their technical growth and skill development.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Java, Spring ecosystem, Microservices, and related backend technologies.
