Looking for an SAP CS (Customer Service) Consultant for a remote in India- contract who can be responsible for implementing, customizing, and supporting SAP solutions related to customer service processes. This includes tasks like configuring the SAP system, analyzing business requirements, providing training to end-users, and ensuring data integrity. They work with various SAP modules like SD (Sales and Distribution), MM (Materials Management), and PM (Plant Maintenance) to provide comprehensive customer service solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
Implementation and Customization :
Designing, configuring, and customizing SAP CS modules to meet specific business needs.
Business Process Analysis :
Analyzing existing customer service processes and identifying areas for improvement using SAP solutions.
System Configuration :
Configuring the SAP system, including master data management (equipment, functional locations), service notifications, service orders, and contracts.
Integration :
Ensuring seamless integration between SAP CS and other relevant SAP modules like SD, MM, and PM.
Testing and Training :
Performing system testing, developing training materials, and conducting user training on SAP CS functionalities.
Required Skills and Experience :
SAP CS Expertise
In-depth knowledge of SAP CS module functionalities, including service notifications, service orders, warranty management, and integration with other modules.
SAP SD Knowledge :
Understanding of Sales and Distribution processes, including sales orders, contracts, and billing.
