Sr. Executive Graphic Designer

As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for working with the Communications Team and Senior Leadership including the Founding Partners to design presentations, Internal banners, Newsletters and other digital and print collaterals that contribute towards connecting our people to the firm, our vision and the work that we do. A successful candidate must thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment where the key to success is tight communication and strong organizational skills. The candidate must quickly adapt to the firms vision and culture. The ability to juggle multiple short- and long-term deadlines is a must. Continual prioritization is critical to the day-to-day success of this role. Desire and ability to work on short-notice overtime is a must. What You Will Do Collaborate with the Head Communications and FPs to produce Business Development presentation (visuals), Lecture Presentations, etc Work closely and collaboratively with the Senior Executive Communications and Senior Executive Graphics to conceptualize and design digital and print collateral for Internal Branding. Ability to graphically package a Project for Media Outreach (Render Sections, Plans, Drawing, Diagrams) Provide ad hoc graphics support for internal presentations and special projects as assigned. Ability to be creative and engaging in all visual communications, while adhering to brand style guidelines Newsletters, News items, Campaigns. Ensure growth on Social Media platforms through creating and posting compelling graphics and Content. Work in collaboration with external agency for Website Development. Compose and archive all graphics and artwork files. Commitment and ability to stay on the cutting edge of industry best practices, introducing innovative ideas, new approaches and tools to the team for consideration. Comfortable working with all levels of an organization Competence Strong communication skills and eagerness to learn new tools and techniques. Solid project management skills; ability to coordinate, prioritize and handle multiple projects simultaneously and often independently. Strong Social Media Skills Proficient with media applications (Google Analytics, Wikipedia, SEO etc.) Your Qualifications 3-5 years of graphic design or marketing experience with a degree in Architecture (preferred). Proficient in managing multiple tasks with varied deadlines, a self-starter who can keep projects moving Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel). Expert knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite : InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, knowledge of Premiere and After Effects a plus, but not required Working knowledge of HTML and Java Script.
