Job Overview :
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical Consultant to join our team in Chennai or Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have 4-10 years of experience with a strong technical proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Customer Relationship Management).
You will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining technical solutions, ensuring seamless integration with other systems, and providing expert support for our Dynamics CRM environments.
This role requires a strong understanding of application development methodologies and a proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and maintain robust technical solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform, including custom entities, forms, views, dashboards, and reports.
- Apply a strong understanding of application development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) throughout the software development lifecycle of CRM projects.
- Develop and implement complex integrations between Microsoft Dynamics CRM and other internal or external systems using various technologies and APIs (e.g., Web API, SSIS, Azure integrations).
- Perform advanced customization and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, including plugins (C#), custom workflows, JavaScript, and client-side scripting.
- Troubleshoot and effectively resolve technical issues related to Microsoft Dynamics CRM functionality, performance, and integrations.
- Collaborate with functional consultants, business analysts, and end-users to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solutions.
- Conduct code reviews, ensure adherence to coding standards, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and secure CRM solutions.
- Provide technical expertise and support during various phases of CRM projects, including implementation, upgrades, and post-go-live support.
- Perform data migration activities to and from Dynamics CRM, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Stay updated with the latest releases, features, and best practices in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and related technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical development and configuration.Strong understanding of application development methodologies.Experience with integration of Microsoft Dynamics CRM with other systems.Familiarity with customization and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics CRM (e.g., Plugins, Workflows, JavaScript, C#).Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Microsoft Dynamics CRM.Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM).Proficiency in C# and .NET framework development.Strong knowledge of JavaScript for client-side scripting and customization.Experience with RESTful APIs and web services for integrations.Familiarity with SQL Server and understanding of database concepts.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field-or equivalent practical experience.Preferred Skills :
Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (Microsoft Certified : Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Developer Associate).Experience with Power Platform components (Power Apps, Power Automate) integrated with Dynamics CRM.Knowledge of Azure services for CRM integrations (Azure Service Bus, Azure Functions).Experience with data migration tools for Dynamics CRM.Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.ref : hirist.tech)
