are looking for a passionate and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead sales and branch hiring for our Loan Against Property (LAP) business.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in high-volume sales recruitment, experience setting up or scaling branch networks, and the ability to partner closely with business leaders to deliver on aggressive hiring targets.

What You'll Do :

• Own and manage end-to-end recruitment for Sales, Credit, and Branch Operations roles in the LAP vertical.
• Drive bulk hiring for relationship managers, area sales managers, and branch staff across multiple geographies.
• Partner with business heads and regional HR teams to understand manpower plans and hiring needs.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal

referrals, and recruitment drives.
