L2 Operational Role Focus (Focus : Monitoring and First Response)
Subject : L2 Databricks Application Support : 24×7 Monitoring & Troubleshooting
Content : We are recruiting L2 Application Support Engineers (2–5+ years experience ) for 24×7 rotational support. This role is the frontline of our Databricks operations.
Key Operational Duties :
Perform 24×7 monitoring of Databricks clusters, jobs, workflows, repos, and data pipelines.
Alert Monitoring and first level of resolution.
First Level issue troubleshooting / analysis related to Cluster failures and Job failures.
Debug Databricks notebook failures and job errors (Spark, SQL, Delta Lake).
Rerun / retrigger failed jobs as per SOP.
Handle workspace / user access requests as per RBAC policies.
Technical Requirement : Hands-on knowledge of Databricks platform , Spark UI & job debugging , and UNIX / SQL / Shell Scripting.
