About the Role

Algonomy is looking for a Growth Marketer who can build and scale global demand generation programs that convert intent into pipeline. You’ll own end-to-end campaign strategy — from idea to impact — combining creativity, analytics, and execution to drive measurable growth across regions.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of marketing and GTM, loves experimentation, and knows how to blend storytelling with performance.

What You’ll Do

Design and run global campaigns across channels – ABM, paid, email, and social – to generate and accelerate pipeline.

Collaborate with sales and product marketing to define GTM plays for enterprise and mid-market accounts.

Lead account-based marketing (ABM) programs with deep personalization and clear ROI.

Manage and optimize performance marketing across Linked In, Google, and other digital platforms.

Track campaign results, measure ROI, and continuously optimize for lead quality and conversion.

Work closely with SDRs and AEs to ensure tight alignment between marketing activity and revenue outcomes.

Partner with design and content teams to deliver messaging that’s sharp, relevant, and conversion-focused.

What You’ll Bring

6+ years of experience in B2 B Saa S / Enterprise tech marketing, managing multi-channel campaigns.

Strong understanding of ABM, paid media, and demand generation.

Experience running global programs across the US, Europe, and APAC.

Solid grasp of marketing automation, CRM (Salesforce / Hub Spot), and analytics tools.

Proven ability to work cross-functionally and turn strategy into measurable outcomes.

Self-starter mindset, comfortable owning programs end-to-end.
