Job descriptionCoordinate with creators (writers, designers, editors) for onboarding, updates, and communication Maintain and manage records and trackers using Google Sheets Support recruitment and HR operations across onboarding, documentation, and attendance Handle internal communication with clarity and confidence Assist the HR team in organizing training, reviews, and closures 1-2 years of experience in HR or people operations Strong communication skills (written + verbal) Proficiency in Google Sheets Ability to multitask and work in a fast-moving environment Proactive mindset with a keen eye for detail Opportunity to work closely with creators and leadership Learn and grow in a structured HR hierarchy Friendly and collaborative work culture
