Job description

Responsibilities :

  • Identify and onboard resellers, strategic / channel partners in India and key international markets.
  • Develop and execute partner enablement strategies, including training, GTM plans, and sales support.
  • Build strong relationships with partners to drive joint success and achieve revenue goals.
  • Monitor partner performance and drive continuous improvement through engagement and feedback loops.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and marketing teams to ensure partner success.
  • Stay updated on regional market dynamics and competitive landscape to refine strategies.

Requirements :

  • 2-4 years of experience in international business development, channel sales, or partner management.
  • Exposure to international markets such as SEA, ANZ, the Middle East, and Africa is a strong plus.
  • Prior experience in a SaaS or software product company is a plus.
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, and execution skills.
  • Ability to work independently across time zones and cultures.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
