Job descriptionMinimum 5 years of hands-on field experience in industrial automation. Proficiency in PLC programming (Siemens / Allen Bradley / Delta / Schneider, etc.). Strong communication and presentation skills. Teaching or training experience is an added advantage. Diploma / B.Tech / M.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Mechatronics.

Role Overview :
We are seeking an experienced Automation Trainer with strong field knowledge in PLC, SCADA, HMI, and drives, who is passionate about mentoring and technical training.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct practical and theory sessions on Industrial Automation (PLC, SCADA, HMI, VFD, Networking).
- Develop and update training materials and lab modules.
- Guide trainees in real-time project execution and troubleshooting.
- Assess learner performance and provide feedback.
