Responsibilities

• As ABAP Developer / consultant, you will be working with our client(s) cross-functional teams, IT development team and business users at the consulting level
• Design, configuration, design, development and customization using SAP ABAP; Strive for top quality results and continuously look for ways to standardize, improve and enhance system reliability, performance, and security
• Work closely with SAP technical consultants to deliver, maintain, troubleshoot and enhance SAP functionality; to set team’s target delivery dates and ensure the delivery on-time
• Monitor and identify business risks, inefficiencies, issues, and opportunities related to technical aspects of implementation
• Manage the complex developments by her / himself or guide the respective developer to achieve the delivery.
• Train and transfer knowledge to other team members
• Recognizes impacts of changes and ensures appropriate due diligence is performed before making changes and is thorough in testing solutions before implementing to avoid reworks
• Responsible for technical design solution prior implementation of projects or change requests
• Responsible for technical implementation quality and ensuring quality to minimum rework after deployment
• Leverage on thorough understanding of business processes and system processes to make recommendations and propose technical / non-technical solutions to meet business requirements
