About the Role

We are seeking a Manager / Senior Manager – Finance & Accounts to lead end-to-end financial operations including statutory compliance, reporting, audit coordination, banking documentation, and financial controls. The role demands ownership, precision, and a continuous improvement mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee GST assessments, annual returns, and statutory compliance (GST, TDS, ROC, IT, EPR, etc.)
Maintain financial schedules including finance dues, EMI trackers, and share analytics with management
Daily and monthly cash flow management, including fund planning and utilisation of bank limits.
Manage GST assessments, notices, reconciliations and liaison with GST consultants / authorities.
Manage Income Tax assessments, responding to notices and coordinating with tax consultants.
Preparation of annual and periodic budgets and monitoring actual performance against budget.
Reconciliation of accounts payable (creditors), accounts receivable (debtors) and general ledgers on a regular basis.
Ensure proper inventory accounting and reconciliation between books and physical / ERP records.
Finalize balance sheets and coordinate statutory and internal audits
Process and maintain documentation such as Bank Guarantees and Foreign Payments
Manage timely statutory payments (PF, ESIC, PT)
Execute vendor and bank reconciliations while maintaining financial accuracy
Monitor overdue receivables and preparing periodic overdue reports for management.
Maintain excellent working relationship with banks and financial institutions.
Identify financial and process risks and implementing controls to mitigate them.
Develop and update SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for all key finance and accounts processes.
Guide and coordinate with internal teams and junior accounting staff
Collaborate with CA firms for certifications, tender documents, reporting, and compliance reviews
Implement KPI-based monitoring for team members and reviewing performance periodically.
