We’re looking for a dynamic Senior Manager – Investor Relations to join our award-winning IR team at HCLTech , reporting to the SVP & Head – Investor Relations .

Location : Noida

Reporting to : SVP & Head – Investor Relations

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage end-to-end Investor Relations workflow :
• Oversee the earnings process and prepare Investor Releases.
• Conduct pre- and post-earnings analysis of sell-side expectations and commentary.
• Track global peers for financial results and price-sensitive developments.
• Perform detailed shareholding analysis :
• Weekly BENPOS analysis and investor targeting.
• Lead the Corporate Access program :
• Drive participation and preparation for investor conferences, NDRs, and reverse roadshows.
