Job descriptionOversee all aspects of daily branch operations to ensure smooth, compliant, and efficient functioning. Ensure effective implementation of operational policies, procedures, and best practices. Monitor branch performance and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and service delivery. Identify and pursue opportunities to drive business growth through new client acquisition and cross-selling of services. Ensure the branch meets its targets for Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) revenue, service revenue, and profitability. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Role : Branch Experience : Elevator New period : Immediate to 30 Responsible for overseeing the Branch operations, including Business Development, Customer Care, and Profitability.
