Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversion rates), analyze data, and prepare regular reports to optimize strategy. Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to support campaigns and ensure consistent brand messaging. Stay up-to-date with platform changes, emerging trends, and best practices to keep the brand competitive and relevant. Run paid social media advertising campaigns and manage budgets to maximize ROI. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience (2+ years) in social media marketing or a similar role. Strong knowledge of major social platforms, content tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe), and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics). Excellent written and visual communication skills.
