A cutting-edge health and fitness tech Global company focused on optimizing human performance through innovative wearable devices and personalized insights.

Budget : Max 35 lpa

The Role :

Commercial & Corporate Contracts :

Draft, review, and negotiate vendor, distribution, manufacturing, software, partnership, and service agreements globally. M&A and Investment Support : Assist with diligence, structuring, and documentation of acquisitions and funding rounds (CCPS, SHA, ESOPs). Regulatory Compliance :

Support global product rollouts by coordinating health, consumer, and data regulations across the U.S., EU, and India. Prior experience is preferred, but not mandatory. IP and Licensing : Work with internal teams and external counsel to manage IP portfolios, brand licensing, and patent-related matters. Strategic Projects :

Advise on cross-border structuring, international expansion, and litigation preparedness as needed. Governance : Maintain legal entity documentation, support board and shareholder processes, and ensure secretarial compliance.

Qualifications :

LL.B. (or equivalent); LL.M. preferred but notessential 7-8 years of PQE, ideally with a mix of law firm and in-house experience Strong exposure to cross-border contracting, IP, regulatory, or VC-backed transactions Clear, commercial communicator who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments Willingness to work across time zones and manage multiple parallel priorities What
