Responsibilities :
- Cold Calling & Lead Generation : Identify potential clients through various channels such as online research, networking, and attending real estate events.
- Prospect Qualification : Conduct initial outreach to potential clients, understand their requirements, and qualify leads based on their buying intent and budget.
- Client Interaction : Engage with prospects via phone calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings to build relationships and understand their property needs.
- Product Presentation : Provide detailed information about properties, pricing, and availability to prospective clients. Conduct virtual and physical site visits if necessary.
- Collaboration with Sales Team : Coordinate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition from lead generation to sales conversion. Provide insights into customer needs and market trends.
- Database Management : Maintain and update CRM systems with information about leads, prospects, and customer interactions.
- Market Research : Stay updated on the real estate market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities.
- Support Marketing Initiatives : Work closely with the marketing team to create promotional materials, plan campaigns, and organize events to attract potential buyers.
- Follow-Up : Maintain regular follow-ups with leads to keep them engaged and informed about new property listings, price changes, and upcoming project launches.
- Reporting : Prepare and present regular reports on lead generation activities, conversion rates, and feedback to the management team.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree or PG in any discipline.1-3 years of experience in pre-sales, sales, or business development, preferably in the real estate sector.Strong communication and lead generation skills.Ability to understand customer requirements and present suitable property solutions.Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.Required Skills :
