We are hiring a dynamic Student Admission Coordinator with a passion for education and a knack for coordination to join our team! This role is a perfect blend of marketing and operations, focusing on enrolling students for IGCSE and IB curriculum programs.
Key Responsibilities :
- Initial Outreach : Make first calls to prospective parents, explain fee structures, and convincingly pitch demo sessions.
- Follow-Up & Enrolment : Ensure demo sessions are conducted, follow up with leads, and guide them through the enrolment process.
- Parent-Teacher Meetings & Subject Expansion : Actively participate in PTMs and support subject expansion initiatives.
- Tutor Onboarding : Coordinate and assist in onboarding qualified tutors for the programs.
- Operational Support : Manage operation interns and ensure smooth workflow.
- Marketing & Operations : Combine marketing efforts with operational tasks to drive enrolments and program success.
Requirements :
Experience : Minimum 5 years in coordination roles, preferably with IGCSE / IB curriculum students.Availability : 10 hours of remote work daily, from 9 AM to 9 PM IST.Technical Needs : Excellent Wi-Fi connection for seamless communication.Skills : Strong communication, persuasion, and organizational skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Compensation :
