Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent
experience).
2-3 years of experience as a Support Engineer or similar role.
Basic understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance modules (General Ledger, Accounts
Payable, Accounts Receivable, etc.).
Familiarity with ERP systems and financial processes.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Knowledge of ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow) is a plus.
