Qualifications Experience

20 Yrs and above Education

BE Civil or Diploma Civil

Rs 70,000 - Rs 90,000(Depending up on candidate ability and experience) Job location

Chennai Notice Period

15-30 days

Key Responsibilities Site Ownership and Execution Take full responsibility for the project site, ensuring all tasks are progressing as per the schedule, drawings and quality standards. Ensure that 100% completion of work is achieved as per promised target date / Schedule

Scheduling, Planning & Coordination : Prepare a detailed written schedule for current and upcoming works that can happen in parallel in full swing to quality and speed, ensuring coordination with senior management and other departments. Ensure that the schedule is communicated clearly to all vendors and subcontractors as well in written records in group for timely execution

Material & Resource Management. : Ensure that the necessary materials, tools, and resources are available on-site and being utilized efficiently to ensure works are going as per schedule

Vendor, Labour and Consultant Management : Sourcing required vendor, labour and subcontractor through past experience to ensure progress and quality with rate efficiency Ensure that vendors and contractors adhere to the schedule, quality standards, and safety regulations.

Key Requirements Resume MUST have details of PROJECTS WORKED - like Project Type / Project Name / Project Size etc. Should have had job stability and Not jumped too many jobs Experience with reputed builders specializing in high-end flats, independent houses and commercial buildings. Only Infra experience not suitbale. Added advantage to have interior finishing experience like tiling, flooring, painting and marble works and project management Must own a two-wheeler for site visits. Strong technical expertise in the construction processes. Proficiency in MS Office / Excel / Auto CAD
